Pulse generator / IC

The HV7350 requires voltage of +/- 60 V and +/- 1.0 A source and a sink current in pulse and RTZ modes. Its operating frequency is up to 20 MHz and has a clock realignment pin and eight channels in 8 x 8 mm QFN package.

It has better ultrasound image resolution and with its battery powered design the hand-held ultrasound scanners will ensure better battery life. It has wider ultrasound probe selections and more accurate ultrasound display when it comes with small PCB space. The integrated circuit is designed to be high-voltage and high-speed and helps easy to carry ultrasound imaging devices used in the medical industry.

The HV7350 consists of a controller logic interface circuit, level translators, MOSFET gate drives, and high current power P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs at the output stage for each channel.
