e2v is well known for the quality and range of its magnetrons, thryratrons and solid state modulators. Using these unique capabilities we are now offering an RF integrated solution. A fully integrated and tested RF module to provide optimum performance for a range of applications with the following features:

High power pulsed RF generation system
4kW average RF output power
3MW peak RF output power
20 to 400 Hz Pulse Repetition Frequency
3 to 5 µs pulse width
Comprehensive monitoring and control
e2v?s fully tested RF module includes two sub-units; the Pulse Generator and Power Controller:

Pulse Generator
This unit comprises of a modulator, magnetron, electromagnet/permanent magnet, transition, circulator, loads, Automatic Frequency Controller (AFC) and optionally an RF window.

Power Controller
The control unit can be housed in a 19? rack and comprises the HV PSU, the controller, the electromagnet power supply, power distribution unit (PDU) and power switch. Space can be provided in the rack to mount a pulse generator and oscilloscope (not supplied).
