Level sensor efector gwr from ifm providing improved performance is also available with IO-Link.

The modular sensor system increases flexibility. The user menu facilitates operation with ease. Up to 160 cm sensor lengths are available. The sensor allows the user to shorten the sensor rod and make it suitable for the tank if needed.

The efector gwr runs on the principle of guided wave radar. It uses electromagnetic pulses within the nanosecond range for measurement of level. The sensor enables continuous monitor of level for all liquid types, except a few.

The sensor allows direct mounting on the tank with a process connection or flange plate.

The 4-digit alphanumeric alphanumeric display allows easy parameter setting and switch point programming. The LED display also shows the current level.

Also available are versions with 2 or 4 switching outputs or analogue output 4...20 mA / 0...10 V.
