JOVYATLAS developed resistors for Railway Application to cater the problems of high load range. All resistors are designed individually to satisfy special requirements set by a particular track section. Stainless steels and ceramic spacing rolls are the materials that were used to produce the train resistors.

To attain aerodynamic stabilization, the resistive ribbons that were used are spot-welded in a winding pattern so that they will be securely linked together, thus, optimum stability will be attained. The resistors have a unique design that makes sure of two things, first the ribbons are fastened securely and second, that they can be combined into modules.
