Right-angle gearbox

A broad range of right angles gearboxes which have a ratio from 1.1 to 4:1 is now available from ENGRENAGES HPC. They have anodized aluminum housing, a hardened steel case, and are lubricated for life. The maximum input speed is 2,000 to 4,000 rpm (depending on the model) and the maximum output torque is 0.2 Nm to 128 Nm (depending on the speed and ratio. The reduction ratios range from 1:1 to 4:1 and the output backlash is 1°.

These heavy-duty gearboxes have two different output directions and can be sold individually. They have a special smooth surface finish with any molding marks, which prevents the collection of dirt or dust. Custom-built versions of the gearboxes are available and these may include a reduced shaft length, changes to the housing and alternative diameters.
