Profiling:
Profiling or rolling of profiles is a continuous bending process, wherein the strip material from a number of sheet metal roll pairs is converted to the desired final cross-section gradually. With long lengths or in large quantities are produced, there is an efficient manufacturing process.

The profile shape is arbitrary, simple and complex cross-sections are made. For each cross-section, a separate set of tools is required. To be inserted for each forming scaffolding set the cross-sectional shape. Then the shape of the roll tooling is designed .

Punch-perforation:
By a stamping process strip material is perforated during the profiling.

Different ways of hole process:
Multi-row tools that punch with a stroke several rows simultaneously
Tools that make holes in sections
Stamping machines, equipped with special tools
