Oxygen measurement in Industrial Processes can often present aggressive and damaging contaminants to the measurement Sensor, resulting in premature failure and process downtime.

The Ntron Sample Conditioner provides a soultion to the aforementioned scenario. By extracting, controlling and conditioning a continous gas sample from a process, it presents a clean sample of the process gas at an optimum ?ow rate to the measurement Sensor. A range of Ntron Pre-Conditioning components are available for use with the Sample Conditioning Package, to provide a complete sample ?ltration andconditioning solution to suit the particular demands of the process. Three types of Sample Condtioning Package are available:

Aspirated.
Positive Pressure.
Pump.
The Sample Package Enclosure is available in Stainless Steel as standard, with other options available. It is designed for locating in Hazardous Areas with electrical control interfacing through approved Intrinsically Safe Isolation Barriers.
