The X-SIZE? Automatic Sampler is made to take any sample size automatically in times of blending or mixing operation. It takes samples at any point in a process system to verify dry bulk components.

The sampler is programmable to take a sample as required at predetermined times. It is possible because the sample is fabricated from all 304 or 316 stainless steel construction. The device is also made to mount straightly on a mixer, discharge chute or any place in the process needed. Afterwards, the samples are collected in a clear plastic container.

The sampler features a powerful 220/440 volt motor, an air operated isolation valve and a simple mounting arrangement. It is made to suit most standard clear plastic jars.
