In the MSK palletizing systems are the empty pallet, each glass sheet, and any packaging material exactly centered independently of the choice of the model.

By separately controllable longitudinal and lateral sides of the center plates the MSK centering frame and the integrated intermediate floor adjust optimally on the respective position of the dimensions.
Functioning of the MSK centering frame

In each MSK palletizer is a centering frame, which rises with the palletizing process layer by layer. His centering plates act on four sides to ensure an optimum palletizing result.

- Optional: the muzzle film dispensing unit as a supplement to the MSK centering frame. The MSK muzzle film dispenser is applied after centering a flat film on the glass sheet. Later, the shrink wrap packaging is welded with the foil cover and thus each layer of the glass is hermetically isolated.
- Optional: additionally the MSK labeler to the MSK centering frame. During the palletizing the glass pallet will be directly added with a customer label.
