Nutating disc flow meter / for oil / for liquids / insertion

The KPO water meter oscillating piston allows precise measurement and is highly repetitive with low and medium viscosity liquids ranging from 0 to 3,000 cps. The liquid passing in a continuous manner through the measuring chamber causes the oscillatory movement of the piston. The REED sensor, which is positioned outside of the meter detects the movement of the piston and sends to the reading system of the pulses that are totalized and processed.

Even a very small volume of liquid causes the movement of the piston which is the basis of its repeatability. The unit is made from different materials such as AISI316L, PVC, PVDF, and PP. It has a temperature which can reach to 90°C, and a pressure that can reach up to 10 bar.
