The BDC series cleated belt bulk cap feeder can automatically supply a metered quantity of closures from the floor-level bulk storage bins to the elevated cap orienter / cap sorter that are in turn use to feed caps straight to the capper. The BDC series is constructed using 304L stainless steel and is very easy to clean-out. The BDC series cleated belt bulk cap feeder will coordinate well with the capping machine for automatic and also manual override operations. It comes equipped with the standard and also low load level bins. This helps in meeting needs of the bottle cap feeder. The many features introduced in this series allows many production requirements to be met and customized. There are hinged and removable bin covers, there is also option of having castors or not. Either ways, the feeder is designed to give the user able aid for successful bottle cap feeding.
