The lifting component is made from electrically welded boilerplate, tubes and section bars sizes which vary as per winch operations. The structure will be analyzed with machine tools and all the resting surfaces of the mechanics and wheel housing unit are integrated together when the assembly is completed.
The wheel units are alloy steel bound with square/flanged backing, revolving roller bearings, coupled axle with a casually activating, hollow shafted pendular motor shrink.
A nonparallel IP54 ensured lifting motor with three phase with motor sizes varying with operation requirements. There is an option for servo-ventilation.
An electrically operated hydraulic brake with block/disc varying sizes. There is a connection joint between the motor and the shrink.
A lifting reducer with parallel-axed, erected shafts on bearings, firmly-fixed and tempered coiled gears. There is an output shaft with a shaped drum.
