The VDZ series is a CNC-operated mill-turn center that is constructed in Meehanite cast; its bed is relieved of stress after the mechanic process. Designed with a big dimension thus expanding the machine's capacity and ensures a minimized vibration run.

Consisting of reinforced parts built as a closed-cabinet profile structure, this equipment is capable of bending highly stiff material, allowing it to process maximum permissible work piece weights. The table is equipped with a drive and gearing unit and the drive is constructed according to a digital alternating current motor connected to an automatic ZF gearing. It is capable of delivering optimum torque levels of 8,200 Nm within the lower gearing level. With the aid of an optimum alloyed helical cut cog, the conveyance of force from the gearing to the work table is effected.
