Needle roller linear guide / smooth / corrosion-resistant / aluminum

The FDB Roller Guide is an aluminum device developed by Franke. It is mainly used for cassettes, roller shoes and guide rails. The unit comes with plastic wipers with felt insert, non-corrosive raceways, needle-bearing, and non-corrosive rollers. It is equipped with smooth and quiet running due to large rollers, fast responsive time, and adjustable slide resistance.

In addition, this product comes with various options such as special rail profiles, surface coating for rails and cassettes, customer-specific connection boring, metal wipers, and bellows covers. It also comes with other options such as extended cassettes and roller shoes for higher loads, connections for central lubrication, and high-load raceways for use with linear rotors.
