EXAIRs Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac? Conveyors transforms the ordinary pipe into powerful conveying system capable of handling bulk materials including steel shot, metal parts, scrap, and trim. The device with its rugged and hardened construction withstands premature wear. The large throat diameter design enables to convey higher material quantity over long vertical and horizontal lengths with twice the conveying rate of ordinary air powered conveyors.

The directed nozzles of the conveyors eject few quantity of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other with instantaneous response. The compressed air supply contains a pressure regulator to control the conveying rate. A complete conveying system can be easily built with five sizes up to 2 NPT fit standard plumbing pipe and couplers
