Sandvik PB100-1800/31+36 beltwagons or mobile transfer conveyors (MTCs) provide a regular flow of material without any interruptions from opencast mining areas. The systems have been developed to create an adaptable, versatile and synchronized bridge from the bucket wheel excavator to the bench conveyor.

PB100-1800/31+36 links the mining machines with the conveyors. Beltwagon is useful in bridging the distance and height in a mine. The downtime comes down substantially due the extension of intervals between conveyor shifts.

PB100-1800/31+36 have capacities between 150 to 10000 m3/h, in line with Sandvik's current range of bucket wheel excavators.
