Metering valve

Accurate flow metering, that is combined with a control valve so as to save cost and space. It comes equipped with flow converter for a local display with 4-20mA output measurements it can also be combined with PLC based control panel used for flow control applications +/- 2%of accuracy rate. NIST traceable the Singer Model 106-SPI -MV is a Single Point Insertion Electromagnetic Flow meter.

The flow meter is installed and calibrated in conjunction with a singer Valve which provides an accurate flow rates which can be utilized with metering valve as the stand alone option or it ban be built into 106-2SC-PCO pilot system which provides a complete flow based valve control. The sensor is available, for single inch steps, based upon the valve size as well as application. The compact insertion design fits in confined spaces and provides complete accessibility.
