The quick colour change system is a fast, reliable and cost effective way to allow to change to the next production colour in the fastest way possible and with the lowest material waiste. It runs on compressed air. The system?s tail, with two NC valves, holds the
solvent and the compressed air, ready to flux the modules in case of colour change. When the ducts are cleaned, the new colour corresponding valve is open by the pneumatic system and the painting process can continue, without waste or time losses. A special bracket is design to speed up the installation and the servicing processes.
