During the course of recent years, there has been a growing demand in the industry for devices for drying the outer surface of containers by removing any water remaining from washing processes after filling, pasteurising and sterilising. The systems we have designed and perfected not only dry efficiently but also optimise energy consumption, eliminating the use of compressed air, maintain noise levels within the limits set by applicable regulations, prevent water dispersion into the surrounding environment and reduce the need for large working areas. Major available applications include: - Drying can bottoms or tops for ink-jet marking. - Complete drying of cans before packaging. - Drying of bottles and jars before labelling - PET bottle drying before labelling - Drying condensation for heating bottles-jars with hot air. The dimensions, the installed power, the type of nozzles and relevant configuration on our systems depend on the size and type of container (eg. bottles with screw cap or crown cap) and to the outputs required from the lines. Besides our standard configuration, dedicated solutions are possible for special requirements. These can be evaluated by consulting our technical-sales area.
