The unit is manufactured by Apv, and is a film plate evaporation system that has been developed by merging all of the features of the Rising/Falling Plate Evaporator together with a reduced residence period of the media. The model has a patented distribution system which provides an even distribution of the product on the plate. This features enables the user to realize low required wetting ranges, and the model to have an easy single pass layout.

The unit has the capacity to process a number of media, such as fruit juices, milk, whey protein, and coffee.
