The Eltra ON-900 is intelligently engineered to decipher quickly and precisely, the oxygen and nitrogen content in a vast spectrum of specimens. They provide excellent results in the testing of cast iron, titanium, ceramics, zirconium, copper, alloys, nickel, steel and other organic/inorganic elements.

The tester works on the basis of the inert gas fusion principle. It incorporates a pulse furnace that is geared to deliver exceptional performances. The specimen to be tested is placed in a graphite receptacle positioned inside the furnace. The furnace applies temperatures to the tune of 3000°C to heat up the sample. The thoughtfully designed sample drop assembly allows testing of drillings and grains without use of a tin capsule.

The detector is outfitted with four infra-red sensors that display diverse measuring capabilities to grant brilliant exactitude, outstanding versatility and adaptability in a gamut of applications. The nitrogen and oxygen volumes are evaluated in a process that is conducted simultaneously. The tester provides total and fractional values of nitrides and oxides in elements by the separation analysis technique.

The tester can be customized as per applications/requirements.
