Induction hardening machine

This is an automated hardening machine for CVs and tulips bringing together high flexibility and greater productivity. It is able to harden parts in under 16 seconds and reference changing time less than 15 minutes. The parts arrive via a chain conveyor where the loading and unloading manipulators place the parts on a 6 position indexing table. On the tracks hardening positions the column manipulator ejects the part off the indexing table and places it on the tracks hardening station. After the tracks hardened, the column places the part on the indexing table again and takes it to the stem hardening station. In the end, the loading and unloading manipulator gets the part back on chain conveyor and there a mechanism separates the parts that have been marked not OK by parameters control.
