Induction hardening machine

The machine is the most economical and simplest of all automated range of installations and is able to harden Cvs and tulips. With two different stations for tracks and stems the installation operates in two frequencies 7-30 kHz thereby bringing the cycle time lower than 30 seconds. The machine has a double column that lets independent vertical movement of two carriers for tracks and stems to be hardened. The parts are manipulated via a transfer system which places the parts on the tracks first on the tracks hardening system and then on the stems hardening system. Finally, a mechanism separates parts marked by not OK by the parameters control.
