Vacuum furnace / melting / induction

The VCM III electronic induction vacuum melt/bottom pour casting machine is a more advanced tool than the VCM III which ruled the universal jewelry market for about 10 years with 500 equipments. The VCM III is produced with the help of a modern mechanism and features a melting segment beneath the vacuum as well as the secured gas atmosphere. This drastically increases the crucible durability and shields it from oxidations.

Prior to casting, an inert gas force is provided to the crucible zone for permitting the molten metal to flow quicker into the container. This is performed when the vacuum is pulled to towards the cast, thereby guaranteeing precise stacking of ultra-thin casting structures. Additionally, the vacuum is pulled on the container area and inert gas is provided to the crucible zone.
