JAI's AD-080GE represents a prism based 2-CCD progressive area scan camera perfectly engineered for simultaneous capture of visible and near-infrared light spectrum through the same optical path using two individual channels. The first channel with Bayer mosaic color imager captures visible light, while the second channel features a monochrome sensor to capture near infrared light. The 2-CCD scan camera is well equipped with multitude of features.

The C3 advanced series 2 x 1/3? progressive area scan camera features 1024 (h) x 768 (v) active pixels per channel and 4.65 ?m square pixels. It also features 30 frames/second with full resolution and variable partial scan. Other features include
pre-select and pulse width trigger modes, LUT (Look-up Table) for gamma correction and AGC (Automatic Gain Control from -3dB to 21dB). The auto-iris lens video output allows a wider range of light. RGB 24-bit/30-bit or Raw Bayer 10 or 8-bit output is used for visible 12, 10 or 8-bit output for near-IR light.
