Control machine equipped with a 4 positions rotary table and linear transfer to do measurements and controls on linear laminar welded stacks.

Operative cycle:
- Automatic laminar stack loading from a pallet line.
- Flatness control of the laminar stacks surfaces.
- Laminar stacks dimensions measurement.
- Laminar stacks surface verticality control.
- Dimensional parts control using filter buffers.
- Measurement of the parts which are at the laminar stacks extremities.
- Stack placement on the welding seams and laminar stacks defects control station using an artificial vision system.
- Laser marking.
- Stacks extraction and placement into different stocks depending on control results.
