Linear guide with belt transmission / aluminum

The Mechbelt is a smart belt-driven linear unit used for 1, 2 or 3 axle linear drive movements in either vertical or horizontal directions up to a length of 14 meters. Up to 500 kg loads are allowed by the parallel mounted units.

A high quality timing belt helps the driving movement of the units. Two parallel units working from the same motor is a possibility. To enable positioning of the load, a pulse counter can be mounted on the outgoing axle. Custom made versions of the Mechbelt can be supplied with different gear and motor options.

It is advantageous to use the Mechbelt in automatic equipped equipment, such as palletizing robots, robot cells, automatic stacking, packaging stations, product feeding units and commercial lift elevators.
