Electric linear gantry module

These Standard Line and Room Gantries are part of a modular system which feature a 10 kg maximum LPE 100 payload and 20 kg maximum LPE 200 payload. The measurements of the dynamic Y-axes show an impressive acceleration of 5 m/s², with a velocity of 1 m/s , while on the Z axes they show as 2 m/s², and 0.25 m/s respectively.
These pillar assembly systems are complete with vertical electric spindle axes and horizontal electric toothed belt axes. All the needed mechanical connecting parts are ready out of the box, while the servo drive, sensor and energy chain systems are embedded with the operating systems.

These have proven useful for a wide range of applications which includes measuring and inspection technology, handling and assembling technology, component assembly, component marketing and identification, medical technology and end inspection in microelectronics. One of their notable features is that any position can be reached and configured.
