The Loma Systems' SpaceSaver (compact) x-ray system offers inspection without the space requirements of a standard system. At 45" wide, it integrates into environments with minimal line space while still detecting contaminants as small as 0.8mm.

The SpaceSaver boasts the highest sensitivity rates at 3x other industry systems. Groundbreaking fine grain imaging detects metallic and non-metallic contaminants such as glass, stone, calcified bone, high-density plastics, flavor clumps and rubber - even for products packaged in foil or metallized film.

Simultaneously measure density, monitor fill levels, identify missing or broken products, count components and check for damaged or malformed packaging. An onboard PC utilizes proprietary image processing and 3D modeling technology. Add date, time and event stamping and you have an intuitive package that is second to none. Automatic calibration in less than 30 seconds sets optimum power levels to ensure the best settings.
