The Loma 800XL x-ray inspection system ensures the highest product quality for large packages including boxes, bags, crates and blocks up to 198 lbs. Ensure product safety and integrity while eliminating customer complaints and product recalls. The 800XL x-ray is one of the most advanced systems on the market, boasting the highest sensitivity rates at 3x other brands. Detect metallic and non-metallic contaminants such as glass, stone, calcified bone, high-density plastics, flavor clumps and rubber - for large products packaged in foil or metallized film.

Simultaneously perform quality checks including measuring density, monitoring fill levels, identifying missing or broken products, counting components and checking for damaged or malformed packaging. An industrial-grade, Windows-based PC utilizes proprietary image processing and 3D modeling technology. Add date, time and event stamping and you have an intuitive package that is second to none. Automatic calibration in less than 30 seconds sets optimum power levels to ensure the best settings.

With a front access USB port, you can integrate data into our reporting system, providing you with valuable proof of due diligence. Access up to 10,000 product profiles through our 10.5" touch screen control panel. Loma x-ray inspection systems utilize a robust x-ray tube and detector array. The digitally controlled wide angle, self cooled x-ray tank is rated for high performance and the tube life is 7 to 10 years - more than triple the life of competitor x-ray tubes.
