The MATRIX 1024 CORE-S is a Non-cooled infrared camera module from NIT that is based on a microcontroller architecture. This device includes an FPA, 2-channel readout electronics (100 fps max), USB 2.0 output, and the MATRIX 1024 SW Suite software. It has a plug-and-play installation method, and ready-to-read function for the FPA signals. This device has integration time that ranges from 2 - 100 ?s, and a frame rate of 100 fps. It has an intelligent dark current subtraction, and a start-up time of less than 5 seconds. It has an ARM CORTEX M3 micro controller, dimensions that measure 60 x 60 x 40 mm, and an electrical interface ran by USB (5 VDC, 0.2 A)
