Inspection camera system / infrared

Tiama HOT Move consists of an infrared camera (top view) on the conveyor after the IS machine.

This concept is used to monitor transport with:

- Stuck/fallen detection feature
- X,Y article positioning measurement on the conveyor


Tiama HOT Move is a device reducing production losses due to hot-end article transportation. Its infrared top mounted camera controls the containers? position at the exit of the IS machine. Simple and user-friendly interface allows operators to adjust in a precise and efficient way the X and Y containers? position on the conveyor.

An open communication protocol allows IS machine manufacturer to go for an automatic pusher setting using the Tiama HOT move provided measurements.

The final goal is to avoid containers? fall or jams in production critical places such as the hot-end surface treatment or the transfer wheel just before the annealing lehr by using close loop automation.

Line productivity, containers? organization inside the annealing lehr, and operators? comfort are hence improved in a significant way.
