Application

BIG-type Filtercyclones have been developed for cleaning the air polluted with dry dust of particle size above 5 µm.
The whole appliance includes a cyclone separator and a filtering unit with cartridge filters. A two-step filtering process takes place within the unit. Dust-separation proceeds within the cyclone assembly.
Whereas the fine dust fraction (of size 0,4 µm) is captured at the cartridge filters in the filtration assembly.
Filtercyclones are efficient in dust separating installations in cement industry, lime industry, foundries, metallurgical plants, building construction materials, food production, grain milling, fodder production, plastic-, chemical industry, wood processing, carpentering, in the central vacuum cleaning installations, etc. Filtercyclones are applied within the high-vacuum part of installations. The terminal filtration efficiency is 99,95%.
