Magnetic roller separator / particle / for mineral ore

The ZTLDST3G-10 is a combined separator engineered by Joyal. It puts a distributed beneficiaton into centralized processes for improving ore's efficiency and grade.

The machine sorts magnetic materials measuring 0.4 to 16 mm. It has stable operation due to its permanent magnet system design. The cage screen and belt conveyor is installed and connected directly to the machine, to form an efficient dressing assembly line from conveying to the screening, and from screening to magnetic separating. Furthermore, it also guarantees a concentrate grade.

The left part of machine ensures mineral optional granularity below 2.5 mm, and the right part offers a beneficiation grain size from 2.5 mm to 16 mm. Mineral particles greater than 16 mm are stopped to enter for sorting by the magnet system. Furthermore, ZTLDST3G-10 guarantees a concentrate grade.
