The MD Series manufactured by Gibitre Instruments is a rheocheck profile moving die - pc. This device is designed for measuring the characteristics of the rubber compounds according to the international standards. It has the capacity to change the mechanical characteristics of the sample in order to calculate the level of vulcanization.

In addition, this instrument allows the application of cyclic strain on the test sample and carries out the measuring of the associated force. It features an easy accessible test area which is equipped with a safety lock and a transparent safety panel. Testing is made under the constant temperature and results are recorded continuously through the time function.

Moreover, the MD rheocheck profile moving die - pc has a pressurized test chamber for torque measurement and reaction transducer. These devices are placed at the upper test chamber in order to minimize the influence of vibrations and friction on the test process. It also features an easy accessible test area which is equipped with a safety lock and a transparent safety panel.
