The MCW Series manufactured by PLANETA is a type of an electronic worm gear winch that is used for heavy duty pulling and traversing operations. It is featured with a self braking worm gear transmission and a single steel drum support that comes with a cable fixing point placed at the flange.

Moreover, the self braking worm gear of this device enables pulling up an incline. The MCW electronic worm gear winch has an ingress protection family of IP-54 and uses an aluminum non-braking motor 400 VAC.
