Plastic pellet hopper loader

The Vacuload integral hopper loader is the perfect answer to short distance conveying of powders and granules.Supplied as a self contained, 'off the shelf' assembly.

The Vacuload is designed with four clear objectives in mind:

Low Cost
Vacuload is a low cost unit that is also economical to run. Fractional power requirements amount to only 0.9kW for both the single and 3 phase side channel exhauster options

Simplicity
Vacuload has been designed as a self contained unit which the customer is able to install, commission, operate and maintain - quickly and with ease. Complete packages are supplied with a 3 metre hose and Jet Air Wand as standard, in addition to the Technical Instructions and a Spares List

Reliability
Quality and reliability have not been compromised despite the low cost of Vacuload. Simplicity of construction and reliable components reduce the need for costly maintenenace

Safety
All moving parts are safely guarded, and the electrical controls are case mounted on the side of the unit For hazardous environments, an air powered venturi is available.
