Peripheric traction bridge built by SIMEM, finds its specific use in the treatment of polluted waters of any kind. Our machine, designed and built to satisfy any requirement of this sector, is made all in stainless steel AISI 304 (AISI 316 by request) and certified by the CE mark observing European Community Rules N. 89/392/CEE, 91/368 CEE and the following integrations. The peripheric traction bridge may be applied over concrete cylindrical tanks with diameter till 50 m and it is able to remove both the dregs in the bottom and the superficial foams deposited by polluted waters.
Alternatively to the circular tank it is possible to apply a rectangular one with a travelling bridge crane from 6 to 30 m width. It is also employed for the mechanical pre-treatment of sewage water as it allows the removal of suspended solids such as sand, dusts, and others both coming from civil and industrial sewage. It can also remove oils and fats in the same operation by employing a superficial blade and send them to the collection sump
Its structure is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304, with fixed leverage, movement is granted thanks to driving wheels.
