Silo discharge unit

«SAK» stands for «Silo-AustragsKegel» , which means in English «Extraction cone valve for silo». The SAK is designed to control the discharge of powder or granulates out of silos.
The SAK is particullarly efficient in the following cases:
For a «fast» silo discharge (high extraction capacity)
For dosing the discharged powder or granulate
For discharging a silo at different flow
Garanty a proof closing of the silo (self closed without energy)
For extracting and discharging difficult flowing powders
Working Principle:
The cone valve is guided in a hopper located at the bottom of the silo
The cone valve is lifted by a pneumatic bellows
The adjustment of the opening is set by the stroke of the guiding rod one for all (basic version)
The continuous adjustment is set by a pneumatic drive adjusting the stroke from 0 to 100% (dosing version)
Dosing of the discharged product by adjustment of the opening of the cone valve versus the weight on scale, through an interface terminal IT 9000.
