Weigh belt feeder

HAZEMAG Apron Feeders are used for bunker discharging in Primary Crushing Plants, as a loading or discharging conveyor, e.g. in the cement and raw material industry. Here conveying capacities of up to 2500 tons/hr with piece sizes of 2.7m3 are possible.
The material on the Apron Feeder is transported by the conveying system. Thus there is no relative movement between the material and the aprons. This therefore leads to low-wear operation.
Slide rails are mounted under the Apron Feeder pans along the length. Furthermore in the input area, additional slide rails are attached in order to absorb shock loads. The support rollers are screwed to the frames upper side. The tractor chain moves on these rollers. The return rollers carry the outside edge of the Apron Feeder pans on the lower side of the frame.
