Draining big bag station

The Big-Bag emptying structure is a modular system with different configurations, depending on the type of application, used for empty Big-Bag.

The easy introduction of the Big-Bag on the frame as well as the emptying without powder emission (powder proof) make the structure SBB extremely easy in its use.

The structure can be made of painted steel or satin AISI 304 and consists of two main parts: a base structure fixed to the ground and a structure that supports the Big-Bag.

On the top of the structure can have two types of configuration for the Big-Bag support: the structure for Big-Bag using the forklift and an alternative structure to support the beam, where there is an electric hoist motor with a cruise to support the Big-Bag.

Through the hoist and a special cruise is possible to lift the Big-Bag and then move it horizontally in order to place it on the movable support and discharge the product.

The Big-Bag emptying structure has pneumatic movable supports on which place the Big-Bag; during the suction phase of the product, the pneumatic actuators activate the movable supports with a rotation movement with alternate torque that allows the rapid, accurate, and complete emptying of the Big-Bag.

Upon request, the system can be placed on load cells by which is possible to see the actual weight contained in the Big-Bag and the weight of the product transferred and/or dosed in the receiving system.
The discharge of product is made without any powders emission through a closing and tightening system properly designed for the specific Big-Bag.
