The compact RH crusher comes with an ingenious design that helps in continuous and smooth crushing of even damp and sticky material. Ideal to use in sampling systems, the setup comes with 2 independent rotor fitted with 2 set of trilobed hammers and a sieving system at the base.
The hammers rotate in opposite directions, thus enabling both automatic feeding as well as crushing at both ends. Also the hammers are designed such a way that the ends are heavier than the core, leading to high impact at contact. This design also paves way for symmetric wear between the lobes. Because of impact from both sides and friction between the materials themselves, the clumping and aggregation of particles is hugely avoided. The crusher opens up on both sides through the hinge doors, which offers easy inspection and cleaning option.
