Draining big bag station

The bag discharge machines in this series come with an impressive size and consist of three main parts, a dosing screw, a cone with vibration and a carrier body. The filled big-bag is taken on the monorail that is attached on the main body. In addition, a cross-shaped profile is used to hang the big-bag from four lifting loops, taken onto the machine using a motorized lifter.

The discharging funnel is then placed on rubber buffers, driven by a vibrator motor. The reduction is made under the big-bag to ease toe flow, while the screw feeder is placed under the outlet of the discharge cone, which is then connected flexibly, avoiding vibration. The platform can also stand to the ground with the use of an adjustable rubber support and the whole structure can be placed on a weighing platform, controlling the discharged material.
