IMT?s 30 - years experience in wheel machine production resulting in thousands of machines still in production today, led to the creation of the new lathes "RW".

Our Innovative solutions have allowed us to broaden the machining field and greatly increase the rapid feed rates, with synchronous increased electro-spindle power, rapid acceleration and deceleration. A constant cooled spindle reduces thermal deviation.

The RW-T4 eliminates the previous central doors allowing faster rotation of the pallet, again reducing spare parts and maintenance whilst increasing reliability.
The RW-T4 without pallet machine is the ideal version for larger and heavier wheels with increased quality and performance charactaristics incorporated. Up to 20% production increase has been realized utilizing this new generation machine, reducing production costs.
