The machine we present is a CNC lathe designed specifically for the machining of valves.
CNV The series is a CNC lathe that allows turning, boring, drilling and tapping. The machine is composed No.1 Ranked # 1 longitudinal carriage with cross slide that move Ranked # 2 turrets. The machine can have turrets Ranked # 2 in vertical or horizontal axis, with 4 position tool for turning and drilling positions or 12 tools for turning, drilling and tapping with driven tools. A further deep drilling unit with HSK, which is moved by a specific axis, allows the execution of larger holes.
The machine has a very strong structure with a cast-iron bench with 3 guides and a well proportioned head with spindle ASA 11 "or 15 ". The C axis with brake controlled by encoder allows the correct positioning of the spindle the execution of the holes on the flange of the valve.
The machine is equipped with 1 or 2 chips conveyors and a spindle idrodivisore in function of the size of the valve.
