The TV series of vertical lathes features 2 or 4 controlled axes movements in addition to a variety of customization options for high flexibility. These models are intended for use in the automotive industry as their key application involves the machining of brake discs, brake drums, gear boxes, cast alloy wheels, forged alloy wheels and steel wheels. The TV series is equipped with latest technology in order to deliver high stability and damping co efficiency for extra precision, and excellent swarf removal. It is designed to allow easy access to all key components for simple and easy maintenance operations. Several turn key projects are also available for the complete machining of aluminum wheels.
