Double-roll crusher / stationary

Crushers can be used for crushing materials that are cloddy but still easily degradable. There are availabe two types of crushers: a rotor type, which is often used as a primary crusher and a roller type, the secondary crusher after which the material can be pneumatically transported.

Typical materials that are crushed by rotor and roller crushers are waste heat boiler slag, dust lumps and other materials with clods or lumps formed in the processes.

Maximum capacity for these crushers is 20 t/h. If the dust crushers are placed consecutively, first the rotor crusher, then the roller crusher, a final product of 5 x 5 mm can be achieved from a maximum feed size of 300 mm.
