Stationary crusher / fine

Many years of experience in the field of mobile crushers has also brought FORUS into stationary systems. Flexible in ap- plications, we deliver complete systems - from pre crushing through to fine crushing for the combustion stages. Standard components are - completely individually - adjusted to the local conditions of the customer and connected via ready-for- use conveyor systems. A diesel drive or electric motor can be selected as a fall-back. The crushing unit is placed directly at the input material, while the hydraulic power packs and cool- ing technology are kept separate and dust-free. Of course Fe-separation is also possible, either through the use of rigid or hydraulically lowered over belt magnets and/or magnetic top rollers, as selected. With the Stationary Pre Crusher (SPC) throughputs of 5 to 60 tonnes/hour with final particle sizes of 150 to 350 mm can be realised - depending on the in- put material and the size of the machine. With the Stationary Fine Crusher (SFC) throughputs of up to 50 tonnes/hour with final particle sizes of less than 100 mm can be realised.
