WHAT IS IT?

The jaw crusher grinds very hard materials with a high feed rate, all the while guaranteeing good output cubicity.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

A mobile jaw supported by an eccentric shaft crushes the product against another static one. The elliptical movement of the lower end of the jaw ensures a regular crushed product with little fine matter. The final particle size is determined by the space between the jaws and their profile.

Application

The jaw crusher is used to reduce materials with high hardness (dry) in the following fields:

Environment & recycling (e.g. glass)
Minerals, fertiliser, mineralogical chemistry (e.g. rocks, minerals, ceramics)
Metals (e.g. non-ferrous alloys)
