Two dimensional or three dimensional die shaped geometries and two dimensional tube and plug shaped geometries can be measured by this system. The Shaped Die Plug&Tube Supervisor measures either the die or the corresponding plug and tube geometry.

Key parameters like blending radius, bearing length and the reduction cone angle. A cut sample which is millimeter long is used for generating a sample which is used for measurements on tube. Measuring the complicated geometries is pretty easy because of teach in capabilities of the supervisor.

Additional features like documentation, editing and display are also available. Fast, re-cutting and low cost die production is facilitated by Ovality & Die Diameter supervisor by the ovality, diameter & meeting point data measurement. Die profile supervisors are particularly used for round holes. The die is oriented by it and entire inner profile graph is measured.
